We ship controllers worldwide, securely packed and export-documented, with tracking on every order.

Lead time

In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days. Programmed, larger or made-to-order controllers may take longer — we confirm lead time with every quote.

Carriers & tracking

We ship by trusted international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) and provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For urgent requirements, tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will recommend the fastest option.

Packaging

Controllers are electronic assemblies, so every unit is anti-static bagged and cushioned in a rigid box to protect the display and connectors in transit. Fragile or higher-value items receive additional protection.

Delivery terms & customs

We can supply on common Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP) by agreement. Orders are quoted, invoiced and exported by our licensed export entity with full commercial documentation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in the quote.

Shipping cost

Shipping is quoted per order based on destination, weight and speed — we confirm the exact cost with your quote before you commit. Send us your part number and country for a delivered price.
